Roy is the owner and technician at Treasure Coast German Auto in Jensen Beach, Florida. Volkswagens are a regular part of his work, along with other vehicles that come through the shop.
The focus is on the work itself: diagnose carefully, explain clearly, and only do what the car actually needs.

- The focus is European cars, with Audi and Volkswagen at the center. Other European vehicles may be a fit — ask about your year, make, and model.
- Can I request service online?
- Yes. The request form on this page is how you start the conversation. The form is a demonstration only and does not send anything yet.
- What should I include when describing a problem?
- Year, make, and model, plus what the car is doing: the sound, feel, smell, or warning light, and when it happens — cold start, braking, turning, highway speed.
- How does the estimate process work?
- The car is inspected and diagnosed first, then the findings and options are reviewed with you before any work is approved. Final estimate policy will be confirmed before launch.
Anything not yet confirmed will be finalized with the shop before launch.
